41F this morning in Anthem, but again the same old forecast - sunshine and 70F. This could get monotonous if one didn't listen to the Omaha forecast and learn about the snow, then the melting, then the high of 50F on Friday and then plummeting to a high of 30F on Sunday - variety is the spice of life for snowbirds.
Dell and I struck out on a walk this morning around the neighborhood, at least adding a little exercise to the agenda, although not enough to work up a sweat. I will pay the price at the gym next week.
Another day of leisure. Our excitement today was driving to Scottsdale for lunch, stopping in at the Copenhagen Furniture store and finding chairs we want to add to our Omaha family room. Looks as if Nebraska Furniture mart carries the brand, so there will probably be an excursion to NFM when we return.
Back to Anthem, we continued our lazy ways, finishing a book, starting another book, spending time in the spa tub and then dining on grilled salmon, garlic potatoes and steamed broccoli.
Another restful day under our belt.
